You will meet actual Registered builder to discuss your next project and not a sales rep or designer.
Renovations and Extensions
Following the initial consultation and agreement, we will measure your home and if required, engage an architect or draftsman to draw plans. We will then be able to provide an estimated budget and advise on what will be required.
New Home Development
Upon discovering your needs, we employ our experienced architect team to draw plans and present a preview of what your new house will look like. We then ask for your feedback and fine tune the plans to ensure you love the design.
We aim to make the process simple which is why we take care of the Building Permit applications. Upon mutual agreement, the building contract is then signed by both of us.
Our highly experienced Project Managers will ensure you are in the loop and happy to answer any questions along the way. We always receive positive feedback regarding our friendly and competent tradespeople therefore are confident the experience will be positive.
